After using Pocket for years as my default read it later application I decided to give Instapaper another go now that its refreshed and free on IOS and Android.
As you can see, the reading experience is destruction free and uses a standard, customizable font and filters most of the junk out, something Pocket did well but to a less level.
Not to take anything away from Pocket, but the reading experience is slightly better this way.
On the other hand, Pocket uses a an image with each post to better identify the link something I wish Instapapaer did. Not a deal breaker, but good to have.
I will be using Instapaper for sometime and report back on the experience. Give it a shot as its now free with a premium model should you wish to upgrade.
